„Die keynesianische Politik hat nicht gebracht, was versprochen wurde. Immer mehr Menschen verstehen, dass unsinnige Investitionen des Staates zu einer Rezession führen“, so Zhang. Heute wird er nicht mehr ausgegrenzt, sondern von Politikern und Ministerien zu Vorträgen eingeladen.
Der Chef der Kommunistischen Partei in Shanghai ließ ihn letztens wissen, dass er eine Lobpreisung Zhangs für Rothbard mit Genuss gelesen hätte.
